美國綠卡過期.可唔可以出境

綠卡唔可以做出境証件!!!
你出香港境係需要passport...或者係HKID CARD!!
而你需要知道o既係...美國入境所需要o既証件!!
如果你係已經有美國passport..當然唔駛煩啦~
不過如果你仲未有美國passport...只係得綠卡..
而綠卡又過o左期...
咁就唔可以入境o架喇!!
而家第一...
如果你係拎HKID/特區護照/BNO出境...而綠卡過期o既話
你係需要去拎美國visa!!
而且你需要起check-in時候出示回程機票!!
第二...
你可以先去延期綠卡...不過要幾耐同收費我就唔太清楚喇!!!

You can re-entry US with an expired green card, but you may be quesioned by immigrantion office. I will suggest that you go to the US consulate to re-new your green card.

Renew application fee is US$110, you need to wait around 10 months to receive a new green card, in the meant time they will give you a temporary proof (normally valid 1 year).

問題係我應該去左延期綠卡先定重新拿過簽證
If you want to give up your green card, then go ahead to apply a visa, otherwise, re-new your green card, so you don't have to pay for the re-new green card application fee and the visa application fee. Especially, if you are working in US, you need a valid green card. Also, in case if you need to apply your US citizenship, it will look good on your record.
