Even if you do not have your ATM card, you can get money at the counters as long as you bring your id card. However, the amount you withdraw must not be too much, a thousand maybe alright though.

The account you opened is called STATEMENT SAVING, it is different from the other accounts as it does not include a passbook(簿仔). The bank will send you statement every month and give you an ATM card as well. If you want to know the status of your account immedicately, you can do it through phone banking and internet banking.

I suggest you to keep at least 5000 in your account, because the bank will charge you 50 every month if the average balance falls below 5000. Remember!

我個人覺得你要去銀行問返你申請的是什麼account。如果你申請的是普通saving account都應該會有簿仔的，而且這種戶口是最低要有$5000，否則個個月都會俾人收手續費。但係佢亦有種無最低結餘的戶口。呢種戶口係無簿仔的，衹會有一張ATM卡，但係呢種戶口去account拎錢係會收你$20手續費的。祇能幫到你呢到，good luck :)

你可以親身到匯豐銀行櫃台取錢。提供身份証証明你是戶主身份及簽名就可以啦﹗
