First i have to mention about is...when you are talking to people you can use "bunk" but when you are writing...then I would suggest you to use "bunk bed" because they are the different things....therefore my answer for your question is :

I sleep on the top of the bunk bed.

or

I sleep on the upper deck of the bunk bed.


bunk = (轮船, 火车等)铺位

bunk bed = (附有梯子的)双层床

ha?? i dun really know whether the other two answers are right cos i have not heard any english person said it, hope i am not being offensive but i have only met british and french...so....

i would say i stay on the top bunk!!
