有朋友想升學澳洲.但12歲時因企圖盜竊留有案底.
當時被判一年感化.而且在感化期間表現良好.
他今年18歲(almost 19).已事隔多年.
而且改過自新,之後亦再冇犯事,讀書成績還不錯.
我想請問有冇人識得有friends同樣有以上ge情況?最後結果係點?
亦想請教下有冇移民局的專業人仕可以解答下我問題.
他當年只係衰好小事.真係唔想見到一個有心讀書而成績不俗的朋友因為咁而冇左個機會.
所以好希望大家可以俾多d意見我.
等佢去見移民官時都冇咁驚.
可以的話.最好話埋俾我知我朋友搞visa ge程序.
洗唔洗準備d良民証or anything else?
我真係好急需大家ge意見同經驗.

i am Aus PR .If u just want to study in Aus ,it should be fine for ur visa .U finish ur degree after u want to apply PR and it is very hard because IMMI need u to show their crime record for them .DO think HK police will Del ur crime record for改過自新system because they will still keep in ur crime record
