　　　帶式運輸機是由撓性輸送帶作為物料承載件和牽引件的連續運輸機械。工作時，由電動機通過傳動裝置驅動傳動滾軸，根據摩擦傳動原理，由傳動滾筒與運輸帶之間的摩擦力使輸送帶連續運動，被運送物料靠它與輸送帶之間的摩擦力，隨輸送帶運送到預定的地點卸載。
　　　它一般適用於輸送粒狀、塊狀等鬆散物料和壓力小於5000Pa的成件物品，可輸送的物料範圍廣，輸送能力大，能作長距離運轉，效率和可靠性高，結構簡單，維護方便等優點，因此應用範圍廣泛。
