我部ｗ８００ｉ個ｗａｌｋｍａｎ唔知點解當我開“藝人”時，佢話就找不到音樂集，又話使用錯誤的軟件而造成，要使用ｄｉｓｃ２ｐｈｏｎｅ軟件才可以把音樂拉來這裡，但我已經唔見左隻碟，咁點算？

If you need disc2phone, that is available on the sony ericsson website.http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=hk&lc=en&ver=4000&template=ps1_1_3_1&zone=ps&lm=ps1_1&pid=10245
this is the english Disc2phone Setup 1.5
If you need chinese, just change the webpage language to chinese on the top left corner, then you will get the chinese version.
If this doesnt solve the problem, then there could be something wrong with the firewire. Try bringing it in to a SE shop for a checkup. Ask them why this is happening. Then you can determine whether its worthy to spend the money to fix it.
