打尖 = to cut in line.
排隊 = to get in line.

呢位先生唔該你唔好打尖, 請你去返後面排隊 = Excuse me sir you can't cut in line , please get back in line, thank you.

Well, I think it's push in because I always hear in my school. If someone want go in front or back of their friends they will say "backage".

打尖=to cut in (a line / a queue)
排隊= to line up; to stand in a queue (or line)
