The places that you mention are English speaking country. You could choose a please that you like. We could focus on few way such as weather, educatin system and living costion to find out which country will be the best choice. For Austalia and New Zealand, the weather is similar to Hong Kong. Only the seasons will be up side down. When we are winter, in Austalia and New Zealand will be in summer. When we are summer, they will be in winter. As for UK, the seasons is the same as we are. Talking about the education system, in Austalis you will have to study for four years to finish the high school. However, in New Zealand and UK you will have to study for five years to finish the high school same as Hong Kong. Regarding to the living costing, om Australia and New Zealand will be HK40,000 to HK70,000 per year. In UK will be around HK60,000 to HK150,000 per year. It depends on how you spend.

By the way, in Australia and New Zealand will be easy for you to find part-time job when you reach to 18.

Most degree studies in all those three countries are three years program. Of cause, the specialist program will take a longer time to finish.

For those 3 places, the most famous university of cox UK, but also the most expensive place. OZ & NZ would be cheaper, but the universities in there are not famous than UK. Have to see how much your family can spend on financial support.... If I can have a choice again, i will choose UK with no hesitate... instead I've spent 5 yrs of my studying time in NZ.....
