英文投訴信..投訴酒店職員講粗口

To Whom It may Concern,

I have joined a summer plan with my friends from xx to xx. I was disappointed by the services provided. A staff member (xxx) from the spa unit even spoke foul to us which was in no doubt unacceptable.

Please do train up your staff members as their attitude do affect customers' impression towards the hotel and thus the hotel's reputation.

TO XX Hotel (酒店名）

As I have joined the summer plan from XX to XX (你參加個plan既日期), I would like to complain about the poor services of a member of staffs, XXX(你要投訴個staff既名). Apart from the poor services, that member of staffs has shown a bad attitude by swearing at me. It is unacceptable and I assume refund is needed.

Please take it seriously otherwise I will make a complain to the consumer council.
