當時我報到咗後,綠咭都未收到.就番香港結婚.(一定要倆人一齊係HK,至可以宣誓、註冊).跟住返US入紙排期.為咗做野揾錢.未有再返HK.三年後,我再返HK係辦離婚.(唔關我事,係佢俾人追咗.)我冇怪佢.三年冇老公係身邊,佢又生得靚.冇人追至奇!

所以我非常明自你地嘅心倩.而我之後女友(即係而家老婆)用嘅方法.由於法例改變,對妳沒有幫助.
言歸正傳,由於想你地係儘可能下不要分開太耐.我唔建議你地太急結婚.(純粹个人意見)妳BF五年後都可以入籍.入籍後申請K-3.即係六年左右就可以移民.綠咭申請都要等四、五年.快唔到好多.主要係你地一結婚,所以非移民簽證(如旅遊)都唔可以申請.
如果佢真係要返HK,佢即刻可以返.因為佢入境US時.移民局係passpart打咗个印.有效期六个月.
唔使担心報稅住.經濟擔保係等輪到妳,即係好多年後嘅事.
有冇考慮過簽学生?你先20歲.到US讀書,領事應該信.甘就唔使分開.錢唔係太大問題,只要妳肯做.辛苦少少.好多学生都有揾到野做.何况妳老公都有身份.
再唔係都要簽定个旅遊VISA.起碼一年妳去探佢一次,佢返嚟一次.一年見兩次,好過牛郎織女.

According to what I know, if you marry a guy who has greed card, it takes about 1-2 years to get the visa and go US. Because spouse is the 1st prority in Green Card category. You can check with US embassor in HK and they will give you a better idea of how long it takes.
If you have US travel Visa, you can come and marry him in US and then apply for the resident card. Otherwise, he has to return to HK to marry you. I don't think you can mail the information. Both of you have to present in order to get marry.
You shouldn't file any application until you get marry because your application will become void and you have to apply again.
I think the fastest way is, if you have the traveling VISA to US, then you can come here to marry him and you maybe able to stay here and apply for green card. He can ask lawyer in US for detail.
Otherwise, you have to wait for him to come back.
Also, he should file income tax because he will have to show the government that he can support you when you come.
