depends on what weapons u use.

the best weapon to have max hit is use dragon battleaxe special,full barrows set,aggressive hits,ultimate prayer,drink zamarok potion,use dharok's greataxe,wear your salve amulet(e)(undead monsters),wear black mask(not halloween!)(slayer monster),fighter torso,toktz-ket-zil,fire cape,berserker ring,dark gloves,and runeboots.


those are the best armour to wear.
the max hit should be 90.
(assume u have 99 str)
