i want to ask if i'm allowed to bring a seperate bag for my laptop on the airplane??? My airplane company is british airway!!!!

BA has a rule that allow pax bringing 20kg luggage in cargo as well as 7kg hand-carry luggage. But the 7-kg stands for only 1 pack. So, I'd advise you putting the bag inside your hand-carry luggage. Surely, for most of the cases, FA won't bother you bringing 2 or more "not size great" luggage onto the plane.
