sausages, beans, tomatoes, fried bread, mushrooms, fried egg,hash browns, bacon, 2 large cups of tea, some fresh orange (better have some vitamins in all that lot!) and i think that it! let me know if i missed anything...o and a stomach pump for after!! lol
