我想問.....喉嚨痛就係sore throat,點解唔可以係thoratache?
頭痛唔可以係sore head?
有咩部位既痛可以加sore/ache？
頸痛,腳痛又點講？
sore/ache單獨可以點用??

sore同常都係形容酸酸軟軟, 陰D陰D, 拿住拿住, 發發地炎, 腫腫地的痛ache同常都係形容持續性"辦辦聲"咁痛
喉嚨痛通常係發炎, 所以係sore throat
頭痛多數係持續地痛到"辦辦聲", 所以係headache
心痛 (heartache) 同中文一樣, 係感情, 唔係個心覺得痛
胃痛 (stomachache)
耳仔痛 (earache)
牙痛 (toothache)
sore差不多用響邊度都得, 例如sore stomach解個胃拿住拿住
訓禮頸 = stiff neck
一般頸骨痛可以話 My neck is hurting/aching 或 My neck is in pain
坐office太耐頸肉酸痛可以話 My neck is sore.
跌親後可以話 My leg is aching
行完街街腳仔軟就話 My legs are sore after shopping.
sore同ache都有幾個part of speech
sore名詞係解大蒼, 腫起的傷口; ache都係解痛
字典有每個part of speech點用...

sore: 疼痛發炎的,一觸就痛的
ache: (持續性地)疼痛

As you can see, both words have different definitions.....and usally the throat is easy to get infection and sensitive....like if you swallow...you will feel so hurt and pain....therefore..we will use "sore" to describe.
And for head......but usually the pain last pretty long...so we usually say headache.
