我6月2日搬入新居居住, 6月11日晚客廳窗台雲石邊突然跌落地.幸好我仔仔(只得13個月, 未識行)在另一面玩, 沒有受傷.當時即時影相及話俾業主知. 上星期四, 佢話我地話係因為仔仔係上面跳, 所以佢要我地負責維修.
我仔仔都未識行, 點跳??就算跳,相信雲石都唔應該咁易跌. 我總要企上去抺窗???

如果件雲石窗台無跌爛, 業主又唔換, 咁不如去五金舖買一枝玻璃膠, 吱在窗台及雲石底, 然後放回件雲石上去, 待乾就唔會再跌落嚟.話時話, 其實如果件雲石係用玻璃膠貼實, 雲石係無咁容易跌落嚟, 即係話業主無用任何玻璃貼實, 打電話同佢講返囉.

When you inspect the apartment, hv u found the problem?
When u took over the apartment after signed the formal lease agreement, any problem?
If both none, u could not say it is not tenuable, landlord might not be responsible!
