Due to the maturity system, the quantity of paper using is little. I expect that it provide recycle paper box which employee can improve environmentally correct sense and protect the environment. In addition, the client would like to contact fixed employee who is follow the business transactions. It is because the employee understands the habit in the business. They are building to confidence and reliance. Range of mobile work force is not stabilize, the integrity as a business is threatened.

Due to the implementation of maturity system, the quantity of paper used is reduced. I expect that it would provide a recycle paper box which would improve the environmental sense for the employees and protect the environment. In addition, the client would like to make contact to the fixed employee who has followed the business transactions. It is because the employees understanding the atmosphere within the business. They are building their own confidence and reliability in order to tackle the problem of the instability within the workforce and the threats faced by the business.
