If I am a manger in this company, I expect the company like a family. In here have not bureaucrat to exist. Every employee can direct comment to me. In addition, I made a request that each thing with justice. Regardless of case is important or not. And usually review the business process, it may be have a meeting each mouth. Let the employee can reflect themselves as opinion. Finally, the system is according to ability of employee to punish and reward.

If I am a manager of this company, I will expect everyone in the company to be treated as part of a family. There will be no bureaucracy; all employees can direct their comments to me. In addition, I will base my decision on justice regardless of the importance of the case. A monthly meeting will be hold to review the business process which allows the employees to express their opinions. Last but not least, employees will be rewarded or disciplined based on their abilities and performances.
