當然有, 而且好多添. 我介紹你用一隻叫能遠通(Nextel), 有$5, $10, 一年有效, 可以响加拿大任何地方打番香港,有 1-800支援, 五蚊好似打幾百分鐘返香港, 總之平而且線路穩定. 可以响加拿大便利店或者電話咕專門店買到.

If you want a local number then dial back to HK then you try Fido or Rogers. If you only wants a international calling card (no sim card), then you can simply go to any stores or may be chinese stores then they usually sell them. You can try the brand the other fella recommended.
