In the employee of view, company has more opportunity employee to go to different place to work with, such as Singapore and 蛇口. Meeting with different nation people which to come into existence thinking and study for each other. On the side, it is not to give consideration have working year. As long as the employee has ability, it can to take up the post of work.

In the point of view of the employee, company is able to provide many opportunity for them to work in different places, such as Singapore and 蛇口. Meeting people from different nations comes into existance of thinking and studying each other. On the other side, Number of working years should not be the major criteria. As long as the employee has ability, he / sher can take up the post of the work.
