應該是的，我也試過我趾甲油後就變黄，後來成了灰甲，你要去看醫生或者買呢隻Lotremin藥擦，試下啊！

If you use nail polish all the time, most likely your finger or toe nails will become yellowish, there may not be a big difference to buy more expensive stuffs. I have the same experience, but after I stop apply nail polish for a certain period and my nail grew, it went back to normal.
