I can only answer you the part A and C

1. Same answer as the previous fella. Both 神奇冒險樂園及非洲水上樂園 are beside the Hotel. You have to buy the admission tickets at the entrance of both parks but you should get the discount coupon in the front desk when you check in. It saves you some money. For the water park, they have some kind of wakeboard thing that you may want to rent. I forgot the rental fee but it's not much.

2 and 3. There is a big mall beside the Sunway Lagoon Hotel (The 5 Stars one). You can go ice skating there and there are lots of restaurants or MacDonalds. (And Red Box too) You can shop there too. If you forgot to bring your swim wear, you can get one from the mall. They have famous swim wear brands such as Roxy etc.

C Try to arrange ur transportation when you buy the package. They have shuttle to hotels such as Sunway Lagoon. Try not to take the taxi as the taxi drivers always cheat tourists especially you dont speak Malay. You have to negotiate the price to get to somwhere else. If you wish to go anywhere you may ask the front desk to ask for reference taxi price to get to your location.

F August it's ok. It is their raining season.

You can go to Sunway Lagoon from this hotel. There is an entrance counter where you can buy ticket. The two sections have different fees but most people will buy the ticket for the combination of two.
One section is for exiting games and one section is for water fun. You will probably spend a day there if you want to play all the facilities.
