Most of the original DVD (region 1) have English subtitles, but some of the movies they put the CC logo, that means closed captioned, it is the subtitles for the hearing impaired. You can found them in the stores that sell original copy DVD.

HMV, cos usually DVD have english subtitles nowadays.
