Pumpkin is low fat n good nutritive.
If u only boil or stream.. u wouldn't grain weight.. but if u add oil with it and keep eating.. you'll get some weight.
no matter how health is pumpkin, i don't think eat 7 days per week is good idea.
IF u want to have balance diet / keep fit. eat pumpkin 2-3 times per weeks.. and have other type veggies for your diet. (remember don't add oil/fat)
