加拿大華人較少之地

我想到加拿大唸語言，請問哪些地區華人會較少？可以推薦一下華人較少而又附設ESL的U或COLLEGE嗎(不要語言學校)，謝謝！

我想學英文，所以法文區不太適合我。

I think Ottawa will be a good place because it has French and English culture and it does not have too many Chinese

Actually, the 4 main cities in Canada that have lots of Chinese are: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary, so don't go to these cities and go to smaller ones.
