Seem like a hardware problem. You could try another software to make sure it's not a software problem. If you tired and still doesn't work. It most likely your burner is not working properly.

If possible, try to use another software to burn. It will help to determine if it's Nero or the burner not working properly. Also try to use a slow speed like 4x when testing.

應該是燒碟機不支援DVD-R或燒碟機壞了
