Like how long have you guys been going out? Is it too fast for have sex?
Maybe like the first person who answered your question, she afraid you will break up with her after you got it.
Or maybe bad timing(period)?
Or you guys are too young and she is not ready?
She is not ready bcos she has traditional thinking that the first time always goes to husband?
Or maybe you are the problem, like: you ask for that very suddenly and she is not fully prepared? You didn't do enough OPENING jobs for her to make her feels that she wants to have sex too?
