行開左 - He is out of desk at this moment.

順道講多幾句:
食緊晏 - He is out for lunch.
開緊會 - He is at a meeting.
放緊假 - He is on leave.
放緊病假 - He is on sick leave.
放緊產假 - She is on maternity leave.
出左trip,XX日之後返 - He is out of town and will return in XX days

未返到公司： He/she is not in yet.
行開咗： He/she is not at his/her desk. OR: He/she has just stepped out.

佢未返到公司
He/She hasn't returned to the office yet. (佢出左去後未返番黎公司)
He/She hasn't arrived at the office yet. (佢未黎到公司)

行開咗
He/She is away from his desk/office at the moment. (佢而家唔係個 位/辦公室 度)
He/She is temporarily unavailable (佢暫時唔得閒)

某同事未返到公司

he/ she hasn't come back yet.

行開咗

he/ she just walked out.

佢放緊假

he/she is on vocation.

佢今日缺席

he/ she is absent today.

佢唔返

he/ she is not coming
