邊...邊... 這在國中屬於國一上文法...
在"進行式"裡便提到
要表示邊...邊...
使用 "進行式 and 進行式"即可
我一邊吃飯一邊看電視
=>I am eating and watching TV.
若你要表達"當我在看電視時，我在吃飯"

可以使用 while 表示兩件動作同時進行中。
I watch TV while I am having dinner.
= While I am having dinner, I watch TV.
※主要的動作要用進行式。 多兩個例句參考：

= While he was jogging, he talked to Allen.
( 他一邊慢跑一邊和 Allen 聊天。 )
