I know, cockroach is disgusting and unpleasant.
It is not difficult to destroy. Use the Cockroach Killing Spray or Gas Tin to kills cockroaches and other crawling insects fast. Just spray on surfaces where insects crawl and hide.
If you want to spray through the whole house(remember to close all the window), then you are better to go our for at least 2 hour after such heavy sprying to avoid breathing in such concentrate toxic yourself. Also, you may need to look for the dead body of cocoroaches and check carefully whether they have laying eggs around. You much clean up the cocoroaches' eggs as well. Also, you may need to spray at a regular interval at the 1st month to make sure that the original sources of cockroach are cleaned up.

For long term solution, you need to identify the reasons why there is cockroach problem at you house. Is it too much food residual that you haven't clean up? ; or it is come form outside food stores? How the cockroach come into the house?. To keep the house clean is very important. You may need a total clean up and it will much better afterward. If your house has no food for them, the cockroach may not come here again.
