Well I am no expert when it comes to judging whether the tutorial center or whatever you call it is good or not. Based on the website's format and styles, it does not look like a very professional institute. The charges for two to three people seem reasonable, especially if the venue is spacious and decent enough to hold a session.

Do not be tempted or motivated to do anything based on other comments on the internet/ webpage/ advertisements. The easiest way to find out, is to go with two or three friends, and find out whether if the place seems like a decent place. Try the sample session. After that you will be able to find out whether it is the right choice.

My opinion, if you have some goodfriends who have the same intention as you, why don't you just form a study group yourself. It can be as casual as you want it to be, probably your home, office or a restuarant. Pick up the SCMP, read it together and discuss about matters in english. Its all about your will power !!!!
