點解d公司要叫做有限公司ge?

有限公司代表間公司係法人...

即係法律上係一個個體...

而佢既負責人同老闆都唔需要為佢既債務上身...

舉個例"

間公司總值100萬...

但係呢佢爭人2000萬喎"

咁呢...間公司就會執笠清盤....

將佢既100萬拎哂去還...

但係債主係唔可以要求股東為公司償還債務既....

當然... 股東可以自願咁做...

亦即係話股東既損失會局限係佢投資落公司既錢...

但係呢... 唔係所有公司都可以做有限公司架喎

只係得一個股東或者股東係一ｄ專業人士就唔得啦...

所以律師樓個ｄ呢... 全部都唔係有限公司黎架"

咁自然.... 如果你間公司唔係有限公司....

而你又爭落好多錢... 公司財產唔夠還...

咁就算你搞到破產都係要還哂ｄ債架...

limited company = limited liability as the company is a "legal" entity. When the company is bankrupted, the shareholder has limited limited of the company upon the registered capital.

Unlimited company = the company doesnt have "legal" status and when the company is bankrupted, the shareholder has to bear all liability of the company.
