If you've never fasted before, try a juice detox
Drink only apple juice for about 4 to 5 days. This will help flush your system of toxins and promote weight loss. After that, it will also be easy to eat less.

there are detox teas and detox pills..take those and drink cranberry juice(for the urinary trac) and lots of prunes(for obvious reasons)

Lotf of fruit and veggies will help detox your system. I find that pears and blackberries are very detoxifying. But if this is the route you go remember that you will likely have a bit of dysentary with it and you will not want to be far from a bathroom. Try to steer clear of meat for a few days as it does not clean your system. And remember the old standby prunes.

it's called will power, if you don't have that, then you won't have the will power to loose weight. there are alot of different ways to loose weight by going for walks, hiking in the woods,
running and jogging, or just doing a few workouts of your own
to loose weight like stretching and doing push ups, situps, that's best i can tell you how to loose your weight. the best
solution is "WILL POWER" key to loosing weight

there is no "detox" diet.

You eat healthy foods instead of greasy junk all the time and your system will be fine.

As for losing weight. EXERCISE. Works every time it is REALLY used.

If you are running 5 miles a day every day... you won't even want to eat enough to be fat.
