I want to loose 100lbs in 6 months?

Is it possible if I do yoga twice a day, swim 5 days a week, and eat healthily? It's only 5 lbs a week, and I've left weeks of no weight loss to account for weight loss plateaus

I do lose weight fast normally (or I did), and I was skinny most of my life, recently a medication made me gain a ridiculous ammount of weight, and I'm ready to lose it. You would not BELIEVE how bad being veweight makes your health

Oh, dont get me wrong, I plan to eat healthy, I cant and wont starve myself, one I'm hypoglycemic, and not eating every few hours would land me in the hospital post haste, and two, starving to lose weight will only put me in famine mode, and I'd just gain it all right back.

I totally understand hoe U feel.I went on thyroid medicine in 01 and I blew up too.I was skinnny most of my life and it's no fun being overweight at all.It hurts me to look in the mirror or when U know people stare because I used to be so beautiful inside and out now all people see is an overweight person and I'm still the same person.I am starting a new exercising routine similar to yours and I want to lose about the same amount so yes I do believe that it's possible to lose that much in 6 months because i'm going to surely try.Good Luck!

Talk to a dietician and a doctor and get a plan together. 5 lbs is too much in a week.

Move more, eat less. Eat only when you are hungry. Don't eat by the clock and don't eat at least 2 hours before bed. Take vitamins. Drink lots of water - lots of water!

DO NOT do too much exercise at once. You need an exercise PLAN that works up gradually over time. You will injure yourself you if you go out and run a marathon (for example) without getting into shape for it.

Be careful, be safe, and get professional advice before starting ANYTHING to make sure your body can handle it in the shape it is in now.

As long as you stay dedicated, yes it's possible. Keep in mind that losing more than 2.5lbs a week means that you're losing muscle as well. Losing weight healthily while keeping your muscle will at most lose you 60lbs in 6 months.

Do not skip meals. It's very unhealthy.

You want to stick to about 50 pounds in 6 months - it is much safer. 10 pounds will be very hard and potentially harmful. I don't know about saggy skin, but I'll tell you one thing for sure. It's most likely not healthy. Cutting yourself off from all fatty foods can be very bad. You body needs fat, mostly for energy. I would just slck off little by little, it might take a bit longer, but trust me, it's worth it. Good luck to you.

Realistically, it is possible but the odds of pulling it off are slim. I do wish you luck on reaching your goal. I just don't think losing that much weight in six months is healthy.
