電腦開機時無咇一聲, boot

電腦開機時無咇 (beep) 一聲，monitor no signal display, 電腦按power 制，light and 風扇都開著了。但入唔到 window, boot 唔起

跟住按 restart 制都入唔到window, 有時cut off the power switch and then turn on again, 有機會可著機, 但 mouse 很快唔move 得, 便hang 機。

the PC shows a message :
"due to the safety issue, the window will switch off. there is a problem of the SiSGRV file"

I am using the FOXconn 661Mpro motherboard
Intel P4 3.0 chips
WD 120GB harddisk

Please help!
