um.......Actually, I am not fully understand what is your problem.
But I suggest u to 反安裝 Norton Internet Security 2007 first，跟住再睇下仲有冇你所講既問題。
If there are no, u can install Norton Internet Security 2007 again. When u are installing, please read the instruction carefully.Then I think yr problem willlbe fixed.
