How can I lose 20 lbs in about 2 months?!?

I know it's not very healthy, but I do know that it's possible.... So how do you do it? Lol.

Limit your caloric intake. Eat protein only with proteins and carbs with carbs. Don't eat fruit with anything else. Eat plenty of fiber, like whole grains. Eat small meals often. LImit fats. Excercise a half hour at least every day with one day off.
Drink a half gallon to a gallon of water a day. Get 8 hours of sleep a night. Don't drink diet soda, it makes you crave sugar. Have a positive attitue.

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !

Stop eating and exercise a lot.

run, cardio six days out of the week, eat very healthy(tuna, salads, fruit) only. drink at least 1 gallon of water a day and try buying some fat burners. and i can for sure tell you that you will lose 20 pounds in 2 months! ive done it before...
