你係咪用i-cable ge呢??如果係，你試吓用呢個可法呀!!
我試過，之後就可以去到XAGAN啦!!
解決方法如下
工具 > 網際網路選項 > 連線 > 區域網路設定 > proxy伺服器
網 址：proxy.i-cable.com
連接埠：8080
