Marketing or HRM？

1. Marketing means to make a communication about a product or service a purpose of which is to encourage recipients of the communication to purchase or use the product or service.

HRM is based on ideas and techniques developed to enhance worker motivation, productivity and performance.

They are two different area. It depends if you prefer to deal with people externally (marketing) or internally within the company (HRM) but difficult to tell which one is better when you graduate in 3-4 years time.

2. Personally, I would prefer Manchester U.

3. Both universities should be recognise in HK. However, Manchester U should be more famous as it has higher ranking on the university league table. For reference, You can refers to the Good University Guide:
