In the Morning Briefing of last week, we had discussed that we need to hold a sharing session with the colleagues who did not participate the program on the things that we've learnt. Ringo and I have scheduled a time at 2pm on 18th July to hold the captioned sharing session. I have already briefed Ringo on the details and he will share some materials and contents of the program with the colleagues. May I know are you available at our set time? Or if you have other time preference, please do not hestitate to let me know and I will relay the message to Ringo.(just a kind suggestion, I think you can also mention the duration of the session, so the email receiver can have a better judgement on his availability)
