我自己的寫法, 不知有沒有寫錯 ?

大致幾好, 不過我提意可用
Due to Shipping Company have not informed us the change of closing date, it causes our goods cannot be delivered to the whart at the appointed time.
(or)
Owing to Shipping Company changed the closing date and time without notice, it caused that our goods cannot be delivered to the nominated dock on/before the closing date and time.

你的寫法 OK. 但我的寫法則如下, 大家可研究一下:

As the shipping company didn't notify us about the changing of "closing date", we therefore couldn't get along-side the wharf on time.

Due to the failure of shipping company to inform us the change of closing date, our goods did not arrive the dockyards on time.

As the shipping company did not inform us about the changing of closing date, we were unable to get into the wharf at the appointed time.

For me, I will write:-

We cannot catch the closing time (i.e. DD/MM, TT) because we cannot receive any notification from shipping company that the closing schedule have been changed (from DD/MM/TT to DD/MM/TT). Then, we just send the goods to the warehouse according to the latest closing time we have (i.e. DD/MM/TT).

(If applicable, please add) Please notify your forwarder to inform us once there is any change to the closing schedule thus we can work closely on that in the future.

DD=Date
MM=Month
TT=Time

We didn't receive any notices about the change of closing date from shipping company so that we were late for delivery the goods to the wharf.
