They are compounds that can conduct electricity in molten state or in aqueous solution. There is chemical decomposition in the process.

Electrolytes are ionic compounds that can conduct electricity in molten state or in aqueous solution.
It will decompose after the chmical reaction.
There are some of the examples of electrolyte:
~ Sodium nitrate ( NaNo3)
~Potassium Sulphate ( K2SO4)
