癌症問題 (20點)

我媽媽今年43歲,在上個月開始身體不適,經常感到疲倦.骨痛.心跳.右眼視力下降,且怕光,起初以為普通感冒,年紀漸大出現老花,先後帶她到幾個家庭醫生以及政府診所求診,還帶她配老花鏡,但情況依然沒有改善,直至月中,因為太辛苦,結果到了急証室,醫生要求立即入院,抽血化驗,經過2天未有結果,媽媽右頸出現硬塊,右眼眼白位置亦出現微血管爆裂,醫生抽組織化驗,證實是惡性腫瘤,而且已經擴散現階段醫生要知道原位癌位置,才可計劃下一步.今個星期,媽媽骨痛心跳又嚴重了,我真的十分擔心,想請問會是什麼原因骨痛心跳嗎??媽媽情況樂觀嗎?? 敬候回覆 謝謝!!

你好, 我自己右頸出現硬塊,是甲狀腺出現問題, 醫生抽組織化驗證實是有 3粒0.7mm大腫瘤, 良性腫瘤,當時醫生建議不用做手術,但我驚會有癌細胞變化或擴散,就大件事, 我都決定做了手術切除.經手術後的化驗結果,其中一粒是惡性 ,所以即時要切除左邊 , 屬於第一期, 現在康復中,
不須要電療和化療.算是好彩.

Below are some possibilities of what is going on, but it is very hard to diagnose what is happening without proper medical evaluations of her health condition. Cancer is a very painful disease...
Heart aches/ Chest pains:
Chemotherapy is a heavy burden on the heart, it could lead to uncomforts/ pain
Are her lungs functioning properly? Various things could cause pain in the heart/ chest area.
Bone/ Muscle Tissue pains:
Arteriosclerosis could have been a possible cause for aches
Is she showing signs of allergic symptons to the doctor's prescription? As certain people may be allergic to certain medication causing a huge drop in crucial minerals such as calcium which is very important for tissue building and repair.
As the doctor has mentioned, it is crucial during this very stage to locate the tumor and be able to incise it before the cancer cells spread out to other major organs of the human body.
