If you wanta be an exchange student
you can go to online search some university in Korea, such as Hamnam Univeristy, they mentioned about it.

or if you are a university student, u can apply through University and they will assess by your academic results, an essay, as well as your interview performance. But as far as i have concern, you dont always get the desire destination to go for an exchange, they might assign another place for you instead.

And then you could also go to 世界語言商科書院 and ask them loh..
