The reason why your system is EXTEMELY SLOW is that your system got only 256MB RAM. INSU FFICIENT !!!
You need to upgrade your system memory (RAM) from 256 MB up to (at least) 512MB or more (better be 1GB).
You need to check which kind of RAM and speed compatible to your system.
Guess it would be at least DDR-RAM and perhaps speed is DDR-400 or more.
You need to check out how many memory slot and memory type requirement for your motherboard.

主機板實際資訊:
RAM 槽 = N DDR DIMM <--- check this number N = 1 to 4 slots
From this information, you will know how much maximum memory and what kind of memory type you can install on your system.
eg. say for example, 1 piece of 512MB PC3200 DDR-400 memory
