那麼是不是我扮商業用
之後打給外地的朋友也不用收費嗎?

那有這樣荀的事...其實它是怎分得出你是否商業用的?

NO NEED to 扮商業用.
Skype business version = Standard version (+ MSI for office administrator)
這是 Skype 的商用版。它的功能與標準版相同，但是包括了 Windows Installer （一般稱為 MSI）。

The most important thing about 不用收費 is that both you and your (oversea) friends MUST use Skype at the same time.
If you call them using Skype but they use cellular (mobile) phone or line (home) phone, then you need to pay.

In fact, you can use other VoIP software (PC) or services (non-PC based) which is roughly the same as Skype.
