I had faced some problems while doing the volunteer work .On the first day of our work , our group had split into two, and i was suppose to clean the glasses in the sales,however when i put them on the floor , i broke a few of them .Although the volunteers did not scold me , but i still could not forgive myself, because the glasses were donated by the public to help the poor .

I encountered some obstacles when I was doing the volunteer work. On the first day of our work, our group was split into two, and I was supposed to clean the glasses in the store. However, when I put them on the floor, I accidentally broke some of them. Although the head of our team did not blame me, I still could not forgive myself as the glasses were donated by the public to help the poor.
