I tried to download WMP 11 but failed due to not using genuine XP and backed to
9 after deleted 11.
Question :-
1. In the add/remove I cannot find 9, where it goes.
2. Can I download 10 without deleting 9.
3. Everytime when I turned on the PC, a message asked me to verify. How to
cut it. I do not want to re-run the PC.
4. When I input a DVD , the picture can come out automatically in 9 but a VCD
cannot, How to set it. I also use Gom Player.

Re 1/2: When you install WMPLAYER v.10, the v.9 will be un-installed automatically before the v.10 is installed to your computer.Re 3: This program is pretty tough. It seems that you've installed Windows Genuine Advantage through Windows Update by mistake, that's why everytime you turn on your PC there will be a notification appearing on your PC (since your Microsoft Windows isn't a genuine one...).
Suggested solutions: 1) Try to un-install WGA through "Add/Remove Programs" in Control Panel (if available, since I've never tried this before); 2) If you've just installed this program a short time ago, you can restore your disk drives with specific programs (e.g. Norton GoBack).
Advices: Don't install every update Windows has sent to you, try using the Custom mode in the installation wizard to check if each update "benefits" your computer or not.

Re 4: \MPEGAV\AVSEQ??.DAT are the video files that the VCD/DVD players play during the playback. Try using media converters to convert these .DAT files into MPEG formats or just directly play VCDs in your VCD player.
