You should take some courses in Financial Management, Corporate Finance. Actually you can take HKU Space Univerity of London external programs's BSc Banking in Finance

In September, City U offers many of thess courses in their Department of Business or Commerce. But there are many studetns also apply for them so be quick.
P.S. I think that HKMA has some banking courses too. These courses will start in September. The instructors have many experience and what they taught is useful too.

As you are only starting your banking career, you should take some basic courses first before you decide if you should take CFA because even without CFA you can do well inthe banking industry ( you are not a broker or finanical planner or analyst anyway.
I understand you have alot in your mind but be patient to look at what knowledge you really need after working there for several monthsn to decide, otherwise just wasting $ and time.
