勞工試用期一問

比如我6月1日返暑期工,然後6月14日工司要關門,7月14日先開番,期間要我放沒有錢的holiday,7月拾幾日先番工,扲我期問有1個月試用期,試用期後我可以除時走人.


扲個段holiday計5計是試用期呢?

是算的,因為不是你不想上班,而是公司要你放無薪假期,所以你的試用期是到30/6為止,而在試用期內是即日通知,試用期滿至三個月內,是一星期通知,三個月後是一個月通知,所以你14/7上班後,如想辭職,便要加七日通知,或以現金代替。

if the employer requests u to take the no paid leave, then u both didn't break / terminate the contract and keep the employment relationship. Please check your employment contract that whether your contract has mentioned your detailed of termination notice. By law, after your probationary period, both parties have to give one month notice provided that without mention in your employment contract. My suggestion is to check your contract first......
