會計有 Transfer Fixed Assets to Investment 應該怎樣入賬
這個會係change in accounting policies(hkas 8)
做法，
written off fixed assets的depreciation
written off fixed assets
由於，investment 會用fair value
所以，如果有profit/ loss，都會transferred 去income statement
另外，要disclose 給人聽
如果一間公司要抽出一批 Fixed Assets 去 SZ一間合顆公司作 INVESTMENT ,
想問 個 double entry..係點...??? 要不要 closed acc.dep ??

用不用做consolidated
如果做consolidated balance sheet / income statement，都唔使理
因為左手去右手
但係如果你唔做consolidate
就要理
買那間
dr purchases of fixed assets / bank
cr fixed assets
賣那間
dr fixed assets
cr bank/ sales of fixed assets
另外，可能有賺(profi/ loss)
要轉去income statement
唔做consolidate 就要closed acc dep
不過，一般公司都用net value為assets的價

fair value係願意買那個價profit/ loss 其實係點產生 ? 透過買賣，公司有錢賺investment係投資bar而公司只係將一批 Fixed Assets 作投資, 其實應該係有什麼投資回報的呢 ?這個投資是否 = capital ? 這個唔會當capital ，只會入non-current assets內，investment 會有咩投資回報，最簡單，money
